Can I only buy my ticket for Roland-Garros without a hotel booking?

No, we only sell full hotel + ticket + Roland-Garros gift packages. If you want to buy single tickets, you will have to wait for the opening of the official Roland-Garros ticketing:
• For licensees from February 7th to 12th
• For the general public on March 13th

The official dates haven’t been communicated yet.

How can I order a hotel + ticket + Roland-Garros’ gift package online?

You can buy a package to attend Roland-Garros directly on our online site. You must first select the date you are interested in, then choose the court and finally select your options: number of participants, hotel category, type of room, match ticket category, ticketing options for the evening and the next day, tourist and transport options. Once your stay has been personalized, add your product to the cart and follow the usual procedure for online sales. *Payment is only by credit card.

What are the refund conditions?

Our cancellation policy is 100% non cancellable, non refundable. So to cancel your order and get a refund, you must take out an insurance when you purchase. You will also need to justify your request with a serious reason to get a full refund of your order from the insurance company. Otherwise, charges may be applied. Each cancellation request being treated on a case-by-case basis, we thank you for contacting our team if necessary.

What insurance can I have for my stay?

If you wish to protect yourself from an unexpected event, several insurance policies are available and offer you different coverage in the event of cancellation on your part.

**Premium Cancellation: riot, attack, act of terrorism, pollution or natural disaster at the place of the stay, strike by airline and/or airport staff, cessation of activity of a provider’ service due to its financial failure.

Do you have additional availability or is everything listed on the site?

When a product is announced as “sold out” on the website, it means that sales are closed online. It will therefore be necessary to contact us directly by email or telephone in order to obtain the latest availability on this date. If a ticket option isn’t clickable, it also means it is out of stock. Stocks can be replenished within 24 hours depending on availabilities, if it’s not, it means we won’t sell any more tickets online, you can therefore contact us to be added to a waiting list for the day and category you want.

Can I pay by bank transfer or by check?

You will not be able to pay by bank transfer or check on our online site. If you do not have a credit card, you can contact our customer service.

Do you offer rates for groups?
