My order

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order has been completed online, you will receive an automatic email to acknowledge receipt of it. You will then be contacted within 48 hours (excluding weekends) by our team to validate your order and find out about the progress of your stay.

Where can I find the details of my order?

Once the order has been validated on our site, you will find its details by logging into the “My account” section, then “My orders”.

Please note that for any order placed directly with our teams (by phone, email or chat), it will not be visible on your online account. The invoice received by email serves as an order confirmation.

When will I receive my match ticket?

You will receive your match ticket about one week before your coming to Roland-Garros via the official Roland-Garros APP.

When does the night of my package occur ?

The night included in your package comes on the day of your match ticket. If you prefer to have the hotel accomodation the day before your visit to Roland-Garros, you can contact our customer service so that we can organize this for you.

When will I know the hotel in which I will stay?

You will know the hotel that has been assigned to you 1 week before your departure via our dedicated application Have a good trip. You will find your voucher there so that you can check-in at your hotel on the evening of your match ticket. Do not hesitate to take the transfer option from the Roland-Garros Stadium to your hotel to save you the organization of this trip. If you wish to have this information earlier, you can contact our customer service (from the end of February only).

Can I add an extra night?

Absolutely, we can program a totally tailor-made stay for you, please contact our customer service directly.

Can you organize my arrival to Paris?

Of course, we can organize your trip from London and Brussels by train with the options Eurostar and Thalys available directly online when you purchase. For any other place of departure, you can contact our customer service to organize this together: flights, trains, transfers, we offer you a 100% customized stay.
