2. This offer allows ALL members, regardless of their status, to double their Reward Points earned on the purchase of a 'room + roland garros ticket' package on the travel.rolandgarros.com website and a stay in a participating hotel, as indicated on the travel.rolandgarros.com website.
The points earned are calculated on the basis of the value of the points credited to the Member by the hotel at the end of an eligible stay, in application of the general terms and conditions of the ALL programme and on the basis of Classic status.
At the end of the stay, the points are credited in two stages:
1/ Credit of points equal to the value of points that the ALL - Accor Live Limitless member would have earned if he/she had not taken advantage of the offer;
2/ a credit of additional Reward Points granted as part of the Offer, corresponding to the delta of the Reward Points still to be credited in relation to those already received by the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Member, in order to obtain a total Reward Point gain multiplied by two at the end of the two credits.
For example, an ALL - Accor Live Limitless member who has earned 250 Status Points and 250 Reward Points for a qualifying stay will receive an additional 250 Reward Points for an offer that multiplies the points by 2.
This offer can only be used once per member during the validity period: the first stay booked and paid for after registering for the offer will qualify for Reward Points credit in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offer.
3. This offer is valid for any stay by a member between 23 May 2025 and 9 June 2025 in one of the participating hotels and booked on the travel.rolandgarros.com website between 26 May 2024 and 22 May 2025 at 23:59 Paris time (UTC+1).
4. The minimum stay must be of 1 night.
5. For the purposes of this offer, a stay is defined as one (1) reservation made by an ALL member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for multiple rooms will only be counted as one (1) stay. The first check-in date will be used to calculate Reward and Status Point credits.
In other words, an ALL Member will earn points and Qualifying Nights for the room he/she vacates first.
6. You must quote your ALL Loyalty Card number at the time of booking and present your card at the hotel reception upon check-in.
7. Reward ALL - Accor Live Limitless points will be credited to the member's account by July 31st 2025.
8. This offer is subject to availability. The general terms and conditions of sale apply to the reserved public rates specific to each hotel.
Accor and/or the participating hotels and/or partners in the Offer shall not be held liable in the event that the services are not provided or the Offer cannot be used as a result of an external and irresistible event making it impossible or excessively burdensome for Accor and/or the participating hotels and/or partners in the Offer to provide the services. No compensation shall be payable to the Customer or Member, nor shall any of the benefits provided for in the Offer (in particular the Points Reward) be payable, if the Offer cannot be used in such circumstances.
